Absolutely. As a petite lady myself I have a black pair from Dorothy Perkins. If you are going to wear palazzo pants you must team them with a pair of heels and a tucked in top to add height. I recommend you also stick to a plain pair or palazzo's with a small print, otherwise they may drown you.
Hope that helps.
Ideally, you would wear a nice tailored shirt/blouse with palazzo pants.
There are sections at maternity clothing stores especially for petite woman.
I Mean I Wouldn't Guess Why Not! The Pants Look Dressy To Me, (But Then Again I Don't Care What People Think!) The Pants Would Look Really Dressy If You Made Sure To Wear A Real Dressy Top!
You would wear a "medium" size pair of pants.
34
Absolutely! I am planning to wear mine to a wedding in May but right now looking for a black top ... preferably a Trapeze style top to balance my hips with my broad shoulders. I am petite too (5'2") but size 12/14 so you see my dilemma? Trying to cover the muffins etc ... lol I am planning to wear my pants with high wedge sandals. The pants are really wide with tiny permanent pleats and have an all over tiny print. A plain black top with a V neck or cowl is what I am looking for. Go for it ...

no only skirts
Yes. but just wear loose fitting.
Depending if you are a woman or a girl really. The girls usually have to wear dresses & skirts but if it gets out of hand they wear pants every once & a while. BUT it is not illegal.
I saw in the Speigal catalog dressy palazzo pants that were very nice. I am always looking at these because my mom wears them and the ones I saw could go to a formal ball with a sequin top. I would get black in both top and bottom adding silver or gold jewelry shoes/bag to set it off. You could get away with it.
