You mean when you are actually awake but can't move your body?
Its actually an energy field thing. When your energy field has moved up above the body, or shrunk into one area, the energy itself is also up above the body (or below) or whatever, so the even though the brain gives the 'move' signal, the muscles are unable to access energy to carry out the command. However, sooner or later, the energy field moves back into the body space, and muscle control is restored. You can read about the energy field and how to balance it etc. here;

Steven Hawking can't speak because he has a disease that basically paralyzed him.
Sleep paralysis is a phenomenon that occurs when a person is temporarily unable to move or speak while falling asleep or waking up. This state can last for a few seconds to a couple of minutes and often coincides with vivid hallucinations, which may lead to feelings of fear or dread. It typically happens during the transition between sleep stages, particularly during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, when the body's muscles are naturally relaxed. While it can be unsettling, sleep paralysis is generally harmless and often associated with sleep deprivation and irregular sleep patterns.
Not always.
yes some people do.
Not easily, if you have a locked jaw, you might want to speak to a doctor. You may be able to eat foods that don't require chewing such as smoothies or ice cream for now
Anyone who is not paralyzed used body language. No one uses that language exclusively because it is not as precise as spoken or sign language.
When all humans sleep no one awake the animals will speak. They under stand us.
A person who cannot speak is called mute or speechless.
To dream that you are unable to speak indicates that you are afraid to say something for fear of being criticized or judged. There may also be a situation in your waking life that has left you speechless. As for not being able to move or stand up, there are two meanings: * To dream that you are unable to move signifies feelings of being trapped. Alternatively, it shows that you are too rigid in your attitudes and decisions. * To dream that you are paralyzed, reflects the current state of your body while you are dreaming. During the REM state of sleep, your body is really immobile and paralyzed. People report that they cannot run or hit, despite how hard they try. Symbolically, dreaming that you are paralyzed means you are feeling helpless or pinned down in some aspects or circumstances of your waking life. You may feel unable to deal with a situation or change anything. Alternatively, the dream suggests that you are feeling emotionally paralyzed. You have difficulties expressing your feelings.
The phenomenon you’re describing is often referred to as "sleep paralysis." During sleep paralysis, a person is conscious but unable to move or speak, typically occurring when falling asleep or waking up. It can be accompanied by vivid hallucinations and a feeling of pressure on the chest, leading to a sense of fear or anxiety.
A person who speak different languages is called a Linguist.
