What colour best matches purple?

It depends on what shade of purple, I think sky blues go really nice with lilacs. You could always use different shades of purples. Personally, I like silver. I think white, blacks or maybe even different shades of green will go nicely.

There are always the "boring" colors; black, brown, grey, and white, which go with everything, but other than that, I think blue or a darker purple look good. If you have a light color, remember to contrast it with a darker color, unless you use white. I hope this helps ;)
