It is a word created by the video web series creators, Rooster Teeth in one of their episodes of the web series Red Vs Blue as a pun.
A "Shisno"

is the excrement of the feces

of a disgusting animal. In other word, a disgusting animal defecated, then the excrement itself produced excrements.
