probably the only one I can THINK of is Hercules (heracles) when he had to perform his 12th trial and capture the guard dog of Tartarus, Cerberus. Hades said he could take cerberus as long as he fought the three-headed dog bare-handed (without a weapon).
Other than this I cannot recall any other times that someone has escaped the lord of the underworld alive
Hades was as alive as the other gods. No god can die.
me
he was never alive......
Hades the Greek God can not be compared to anyone alive: as no one is the immortal King of the Underworld.
Because he swallowed his six siblings Hades, Hestia, Hera, Posedion, and Demeter but Zeus escaped
because Hercules broke in and out of the underworld alive
Hades can release souls from the Underworld if he chooses to, but he does not have the ability to give life.
No, Cerberus is still alive and well, still belonging to Hades.
they must die because, Hades is god of the underworld in which you cant enter alive
Yes people escaped in boats but not many boats made it back.
Yes, some of them survived. Some who escaped to the USA have been interviewed here.
Hades kept her alive, and she was held prisoner. The living are allowed to enter the Underworld and still be alive when they (rarely) return to the living world.
