That is a very interesting question, considering that if one is for sure then everyone would buy THAT version. It all depends on level. In the game, no matter what you do, N's legendary pokemon will be a little higher that yours, because he has been traveling with it longer and the game is programmed that way. However, there is an advantage. Both Reshiram and Zekrom's signatue moves do more damage if hit by each other's signature moves first, and since yours is lower level and slower, it will get hit first and therefore make its OWN move stronger, sooo... But in the TV show it will probably be Reshiram, who is usually depicted as the good guy and the good guy always wins in Pokemon.
