Maybe it the sales in Japan for the volumes with the episodes exceed over 300,000 sales I think. But I'm sure there will be a Negima! film because the volumes has exceeded over 100,000 sales and A'ka'ma'tsu Ken posted it on his journal that a film will be made but I hope there will be a season 3 that will follow the manga unlike the other 2 seasons but they were both good too including the live action series!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
