If they've had their first period or its really close to coming then yes they're just like any other women but that doesnt mean that the baby will be healthy or will even survive the pregnancy for that matter so my advice is if your going to be or already are sexualy active have safe sex and maybe try other methods of sex the least dangerous being oral (blow job, eating out, or 69-ing). The only way the baby has a chance of surviving and being healthy and having a safe birth is if you have had your period for at least 2 years or if your period has completely regulates (you have your period practically the same day every month), your boobs are completely developed (suited for breast feeding), and your hole is stretched out (to acheive this you must use a tampon and slowly stretch your hole by using a slightly larger size tampon every time you have your peiod or having alot of traditional sex with guys with large dicks *protected of course*
