At 4 weeks old, babies can see but their vision is quite limited. They can generally focus on objects about 8 to 12 inches away, which is roughly the distance to a caregiver's face. Their color vision is not fully developed, and they tend to respond better to high-contrast patterns, such as black and white. Overall, their eyesight is still developing significantly during this early stage.
You want them to be about 4 weeks but you can take them out at 3 weeks. At about 3 weeks they start eating and drinking on their own, so leave them about a week after that. Some people immediately take hamster babies out when they see them start drinking and eating on their own but I don't agree with this; it depends on your own personal opinion. Don't take your hamster babies out before 3 weeks though. Don't touch or anything to the babies at birth - 4 weeks; the mother could be over protective; leave the mother with the babies.
2 weeks
it will be a couple of weeks (1 or 2) for a baby to see clearly
I believe babies can see right side up from new Born's till adults
No it will not. If your hamster has babies try not to disturb her for the next 4 weeks. Then separate boys and girls.
At first babies can only see bright, dark colors such as black, red, and white. They can see other colors, but not very well. After a few weeks they begin to see more colors.
4 weeks
About 4-5 weeks then the pups are weaned
no tattooing has no harmful effects on babies
in three to 4 weeks
it takes anywhere between 4-6 weeks
A few weeks should see them starting to colour up.
