There is not much of a chance at age 15. The laws vary and many states do not have emancipation statutes. Those that do require the minor to be at least 16. California allows someone as young as 12 to be emancipated, but they have to be able to support themselves.
There is no requirement that they be emancipated. Until they are 18 they remain the responsibility of the parents.
Pregnancy does not make one emancipated. In Oregon you must be at least 16 to apply for emancipation.
No because the judge will tell you that you need your parents help.
No, not in any state are you emancipated because you are pregnant or had a baby.
It will depend on the laws of the state in question. Many states require you to be at least 16.
No
that person before me didnt know anything im 15 and im emancipated because im pregnant i was 14 when i first got emancipated and yeah i live in Utah. Although you will go back to a minor after the child is born unless you get married while you are emancipated. Just talk to your doctor if you are and he/she will tell you all you need to know.
No!
Yes, you can if you are both emancipated minors. You would have to check your local laws regarding emancipation.
No. A 15 year old is still a minor, but now one with a child. Becoming pregnant does not make a minor emancipated. To become emancipated a minor child needs to go before a judge to have him/her determine if she can support herself and the baby. The judge will want to know the means of support and other living conditions. Being emancipated means that a person can support themselves, have a job, pay the rent, pay for babysitting, and do all things needed to live. I doubt that a judge will allow a 15 year old minor to become emancipated with a baby without the needed support.
Only with parental consent. Pregnant teens are only emancipated and can decide fully over the pregnancy and their own health. Everything else is like before.
If you are emancipated by the courts.
