That is the entrance to the final part of the game. And while your doing your gameplay your getting visions of Alma raping you. And finally that's the entrance to F.E.A.R. 3 The Rebirth. Oh yeah the raping part makes Alma pregnant, so yeah Alma and Beckett make a child. Alma raping Beckett is the only reason why she gets pregnant.
