It depends on where you live and how young you are. You are protected by patient / doctor confidentiality - but I would suggest if you don't want the doctor to tell them, then you need to do so yourself, especially if you live under their roof.
Pregnancy is not something that "stays a secret" - the sooner they know, the sooner you and they can start making plans for your future. Be aware that regardless of your age - this is your pregnancy and your choices, but your parents may be more support than you realize.
18
Maybe. The state would have to prove that the parents do not provide the teen with a proper environment, or that she is abused or neglected. The fact that she got pregnant is probably not enough in and of itself, but the fact that she got pregnant may be a symptom of the fact that her parents are allowing inappropriate behavior or failing to supervise her.
nope. they just pat on your back
no.
No. In most of the western world pregnant minors and teen parents have the same parental rights as adults.
are you wanting to tell your parents/carers? well just say it, i no it sound easier that accually doing it but they will help you in the long run (btw I'm not a pregnant teen or was, but I've watched Juno and two of my m8 think their pregnant)
There are no specific laws that relate to that. The parents are resonsible for their daughter until she reaches the age of 18.
Yes, as long as her parents give permission. Pregnancy or parenthood does not emancipate you.
I believe that depends on what state said teen parents live in...
Being pregnant does not emancipate a minor. It does give them certain rights in regards to providing for the welfare of their child.
You can't, so turn them into young adults first It doesn't want irresponsible parents ;)
