Supposedly he has a scar on his chest from the knife wound, and his tongue is half discolored from drinking amonmia. Also, his teeth used to be broken and jagged from all the damage from his mother knocking him in the mouth. Look at his older pictures, and you will see he never smiles showing his teeth.
