I have two children and indeed yes, in my experience it does. Pink, Brown Creamy discharge. There one time and not the next - usually only strong enough to notice when you wipe after going to the toilet. It also comes with severe cramping, very similar to the start of a period.

implantation bleeding can either be a brown or really light pink color if it goes red your probably experiencing a regular period especially if the bleeding starts out light and gets a little more heavy
