Boy's bodies have a penis and testicles. The testicles produce sperm. Girl's bodies have a vagina, uterus, and a supply of eggs in the ovaries. When the sperm joins with the egg, it makes a baby. If boy's and girl's bodies were the same, we wouldn't be able to have babies the way we do.
Girls have babies and boys don't have babies because of the organs in their bodies. Boys do not have the organs (the womb) to grow the baby within their bodies.
