This is not weird at all. im 14 and i have been wearing diapers since i was 12. i started as you did, putting it on over my underwear. Then one day when i was in the car on the way home from the grocery store, i thought to my self, today ill put it on without the underwear. and i did, my mother still doesnt know :) So, its not weird at all.
