Okay Lets Start At The Age 10...You Should Weigh 70-80 Pounds. If Your 11 You Should Weigh 80-90 (90 is the maximum, don't go any higher). If Your 12 You Should Weigh 90-95 (100 isn't really nessacary, but its the maximum just like the one above.) If Your 13 You Should Weigh 100-105 (the maximum is 115, but it wouldn't be good.) If Your 14 You Should weigh 105-115 (don't go any higher then 115 unless you want to go a little bit, but keep your weight healthy.) If Your 15 You Should Weigh 115(minimum, try to be higher though) - 125 (maximum) Ok Finally If Your 16 You Should Weigh 125-130. And The Rest You Should Keep Your Weight HEALTHY! Thank You!
