It is not a matter of age but when a girl starts to menstruate, or in other words, has their period. So the average age to have a period is 13, but whenever you get it, you can get pregnant.

Yes you can get pregnant even at 10 if that is when you start to ovulate which you do before you start to bleed, but just because you can get pregnant does not mean it is safe for you or the baby to be pregnant that young. The body is not fully developed for pregnancy or labor. And there's more to consider. Like how will you provide for the child and do you have a place to live, job, education, daycare etc. If you still live at home your parents are not obligated to pay for your child and you might not get welfare since usually they also count your parents income as your income since you live there. So age is partly irrelevant. It's more about where you are in life, preferbly adult, well educated, job, apartment, a dad etc.
