Ahh No. I mean you aren't technically a teenager until you're 13. So no 13 isn't a mature teen age in my opinion, unless you're mature for your age. Your brain isn't fully grown until you're 25. There is no way sorry. Listen to you're parents you have alot of growing to do still. Your parents will lead you the right way I'm sure, assuming your parents are good ones =) Your parents love you. So yeah if you're trying to debate being old enough to make them loosen up a little and let you be more independent aim for next year I mean you're a little more than 4758 days old.
