hey im a 12 year old too and to be honest i have 30AA size cup boobs too! i don't think you need to start worrying because your at a stage in life when your still half way through puberty. Give yourself time and wait until your like 14, 15, 16 years old and your breasts might of grown by then! Everyone is different and it can take certain types of people longer or shorter to grow fully sized boobs. If you drink water and eat healthily this should help them to grow more. Certain activities such as dance or gymnastics can cause the breasts longer to grow so if you really want to achieve bigger boobs, try to avoid these kind of activities.
