A temperature of 39.6°C (103.3°F) in a 2-year-old can be concerning, as it indicates a fever that may require attention. While fevers are common in young children and often indicate an infection, it's important to monitor for other symptoms such as lethargy, irritability, difficulty breathing, or dehydration. If the fever persists, or if the child appears very ill, seeking medical advice is recommended. Always consult a healthcare professional for specific guidance based on the child's overall condition.
high temperature is always dangerous
No Just Take A day off from work.
If your child has 101 or over for 3 days, I would take them to the doctor.
I keep my temp. between 75-80 for my 2 year old..
Depending on what their regular temp. is, then yes, it could be very dangerous!
Unknown. Sorry. And other people feel free to change this answer
102
a dangerous pulse rate for a 14 year old is over 110
the normal temp is about 97.5
I just spoke to a pediatrician who told me 103 was within normal range for a 6 yr old. that a high temp was 107! Theere is nothing they can do for them if it is just a virus It is probably a virus. Keep the temp down with cold/tepid compresses and acetametaphin, keep the child hydrated, and treat other symptoms. worry if a rash is involved, severe throat or chest pain etc. other dangerous symptoms can be checked out at Dr. Sears.com but a temp of 103 in and of itself is not dangerous
Have her run around! Get that blood pumping! Too much lower than that could be dangerous. After 20 minutes of some healthy, blood pumping fun, have her settle down with a nice warm sippy or bottle of milk or room temp water!
It is dangerous for ANYONE to smoke. Don't do it.
