it is actually very common. i have had the same problem and mine was due to restless leg syndrome. i have been going to a chiropractor and it has improved heaps. i found out that you also become less tired if you drink a lot o water during the day and that you pee should only be yellow in the morning as you should be drinking enough water for it to be clear.
