You should probably consider getting him some counseling. It is a disease called tricotilomania. It is where you pull out hair, or eyelashes, or any hair of any sort. It could be a sign of stress, or it could be just a habbit. There are a few ways to stop it. He could try wearing a hat, or talk to his teachers, telling them that he needs something to occupy him, like something to do with his hands. Whenever he has the feeling to pull, tell him to use what you give him, so that it distracts him from pulling. But make sure it does not disrupt his learning environment. And the best of luck you and your son!
