No, they could suffocate. You have to lay them on their back to sleep.
Not on it's stomach. If you lay a baby to sleep on it's stomach it has the chance of suficating to death. DO NOT LAY YOUR BABY ON IT'S STOMACH WHEN SLEEPING!
You can to have some tummy time...this will help build core muscles to strengthen the back arms and belly for him/her to push up and eventually crawl. .but certainly not to sleep. Always on the back.
While sleeping a baby should always be placed on his/her back and only on their tummies supervised 4 tummy time however most will tend 2 get a tad cranky at it
Tickle his tummy.
Sleep, eat, play, poo or pee, sleep, eat, poo or pee. At this age, there's not much more playtime than in the newborn phase, except that your three month old baby can lay on his tummy, lift his head, start to roll over and start making motions (like baby push-ups) that will eventually lead to crawling.
Drink a cup of milk and rub your tummy, watch TV until there is nothing good on then rinse your face with cold water. Lay in bed wondering what you will do tomorrow.
you should not lay on your stomach. your should lay on which ever side is most comfortable but your left side is a whole lot better for baby
Babies should sleep on their back or their side if they like to roll to the side. This was determined after research on sudden infant deaths and suffocatings. It is also more comfortable for the child not to lay on a full or gassy belly. See your pediatrician if you are concerned. I kept my baby on her back long before they recommended it.
Be aware of your babies signals and gently with love and patience introduce your baby to the toilet. The same for getting you baby to sleep, lay it on your chest and the beating of your heart will soon put it to sleep. It is a wonderfor feeling. Enjoy!
It is safe it sleep on either side. They tell you its best to lay on your left because your kidneys drain better when you lay on the left. Just don't lay flat on your back
