You cut the baby's cord 5 or 2 inches away from the baby and clamp the cord that is still attached to to the baby with a shoe lace or anything that will stop any blood flow. than you take a towel or any cloth that is CLEAN! and wipe down the baby's face well make sure the baby is breathing (crying well) and that the baby is not coughing on any fluids. then rap the baby up with a clean towel. lats but not least.... call 911.
