If you're the 10 year old's mom or dad, then your child has somehow grown a liking to wearing diapers. This is not an uncommon thing, it's just not very well known. This could be for many reasons; Maybe Was in diapers later in life than usual (4 years old maybe) and/or can still remember what it was like wearing them and feels like it was better that way.
