Naruto's mom is very pretty and she acts like Naruto. She's from the Land of Whirlpool. Her name is Kushina Uzumaki . my best guess the fourth hokage sealed himself and her within naruto in-case the seal is broken or the nine tailed fox is about to control naruto and be come lose.

Naruto's Mum - Kushina Uzumaki - Was the precious Jinchuuriki (host) of the Kyuubi (Nine-tailed-Fox) So I don't exactly know how she died. But because I know other accounts of tailed beast Hosts dying I'm going to guess that When Madara Uchiha Used the Nine-Tails to Destroy Konoha, like how the Akatsuki Extracted the Tailed beastsfrom the Jinchuuriki's. He must of killed her In the process of controlling the beast. Or Maybe As Naruto turns into the beast from time-to-time Maybe Using the Mangekyo Sharigan, he used a genjutsu to control her as the beast and Naruto's Dad - Minato Namikaze - Fourth Hokage Sealed her in Naruto with the beast and himself.
