Why does Tulisa have a caesarean section scar if she doesn't have any children?

This is unknown, as there doesn't appear to be any information that can be found currently (June '13). However, recent pictures of Tulisa showing off her 'lucky you' tattoo on the bikini line do appear to show a C-section scar above it. Intriguing.
