I think so too,like she is making a list,a pros and cons list of the pieces of her life, some good and some bad, of course,figuratively checking them off and then reiterating it again at the end. I often compare it to the tone of Dylan Thomas's Do not go gentle into that good night. As a matter of fact, the rhyme scheme(ababcdcdefefgg) reminds me of a mini villanelle. Both poems having that wanting more, not ready for it(life) to be finished yet quality.And quite cross about it.
