If you are claiming it as your own choreography then no. Shows of that nature are subject to copyright and may require permission to use or replicate aspects of the show.
You can find a copy at the related link but you should know that it is a copy from an old VHS tape onto DVD. Apparently if you find someone that has it, or a school that has it, you are allowed to burn a copy because they no longer distribute it. According to the Deaf West website, dated 2005: Yes, there is a copy of the 2003 Broadway production on file at the Theater on Film and Tape Archive of the New York Public Library for The Performing Arts at Lincoln Center. However, the copy is available for on-site viewing only to theater professionals, students and scholars. There are no plans to distribute or sell a copy of the production to the general public.

it's simple. They save the choreography. Like a novel, a copy of a screenplay or a composure of a musical score. That's actually what the choreography looks like when the choreographer writes it down. Like sheet music.

Yes there is, but it was a very low-budget production that sold a very minimal amount of copies. I suggest if you want to find it then ask around in your local library. Hopefully they can help you track a copy of it down.
