Talent portions usually have to be 2 mins long and I doubt you'd want to write a cheer that long. Plus, the judges would get bored (no offense). NOW, on the other hand. If you were to compose a routine that included gymnastics, tumbling and cheering choreography and elite jumps- and start it off with a cheer, it would be a bit more suitable.
