He is just Romeos best friend ---- He is related to the King, but not directly. This statement is untrue. Yes he is Romeo's best friend, but he is DIRECTLY related to the Prince-who is the peace keeper of Verona:

Three civil brawls, bred of an airy word by thee, old Capulet, and Montague, have thrice distrubed the quiet of our streets. If ever you disturb our streets again, your lives shall pay the forfeit of the peace. And Mercutio is his Nephew: Romeo slew him, he slew Mercutio;

Who now the price of his dear blood doth owe?

and he also says: But I'll amerce you with so strong a fine

That you shall all repent the loss of mine:

Tybalt is her cousin (her mother's brother's son). And obviously her parents are. Also Rosaline who is the girl Romeo was originally after is Juliet's cousin. She has a number of assorted cousins and uncles who come to the party.

Mercutio was a relative of Prince Escalus's who was a particular friend of Romeo's. He was also friendly enough with the Capulets to get himself invited to their party.

Does Romeo kills Paris in Romeo and Juliet?

yes because Paris killed mercutio in a fight. < This is wrong Romeo kills Tybalt because Tybalt killed mercutio in a fight. Paris plans to get married to Juliet but on the day of their wedding Juliet dies. So Paris never dies.<~ This is also wrong, Romeo kills Tybalt because he killed Mercutio and Romeo also kills Paris because he provoked him in the Capulet tomb. So Paris does die.

Is Paris part of the feud between the montagues and the caplets?

Not really. Like Mercutio, he is a relative of the Duke, and not related to either family. But while Mercutio hangs with the Montagues, Paris hangs with the Capulets and has ambitions to become Capulet's son-in-law. He allows himself to assume the prejudices and belligerent attitude of the Capulets so that when he sees Romeo he assumes the worst and will not listen to reason.
