Many of the parts are removable, all you have to do is remove that person's "recollection." Also remove the optional section in the middle. This play can be done with:

Jean (female)

Skip (male)

Andrew (can be played by a female- is referred to as 'Andy')

Pinky (female)

Jane (female)

The guard/voice (can be played by a female)

and for the last female, choose either Carey, Sunny, or Ann, and remove the other two's sections. Hope this helps!
