Susanna Shakespeare was the daughter of William Shakespeare.

She was the first child born from William Shakespeare and Anne Hathaway.

I am not sure of the b-day date but she was baptized on5/26/1583.

Answer Susanna was the eldest daughter of William Shakespeare, and was born in Stratford-upon-Avon in about May 1583. She married a local doctor - Dr John Hall - in June 1607. In February 1608 she gave birth to a daughter who was named Elizabeth and who became Lady Elizabeth Bernard. Susanna died in 1648 and is buried at The Church of the Holy Trinity in Stratford, near to her parents.
