Generally you will use three base colors. All of which are complimenting each other. If you have blue eyes, for example, use a light shimmery tan color. ( Applying it over your entire lid). Next apply a darker brown in the crease of your eye. Finally apply a white shimmer shadow in the tear-duct and also right below the brow. Make sure and blend well! Once you've done this apply a black eye liner. Always curl your lashes and apply two coats of mascera. Apply powder all over the face and accent with bronzer.
Lastly apply a light skin tone color on your lips, next add a bright color on top of that.
