For fast: make it very casual dancing back and forth keeping a rhythm. Then you grab her hand and twirl her around above her head. Girls like it when the boy controls the dancing. Then if you have danced with her for a long time, then you can hold hands and do the same thing as above. You can possibly try grinding if you wish. For slow: You can do it formal style, or the teen style. Formal and proper style isn't very common, but as you get older, it gets more common, like on your wedding day lol. If you are younger, girl puts your arm around your neck and you wrap your arms around her waist, and if you wish, try to whisper in her ear and try to go even further, maybe by kissing her, or you can tap her head toward your chest to lean against it.
