You do the turtle, which is a basic bboy freeze position, by firmly placing each elbow into each side of the core around the abs and pointing your palms forward like you're doing the Kamehameha with your elbows tucked into your abs. Place the two hands onto the ground, and left your feet up so you're only standing on your two hands. You should be face-down and pointing your Kamehameha at the ground.

Just don't blow the Earth up, and happy bboying!
