The music starts with "Young man.." When these lyrics are playing along with the song, you bend your knees slightly, place your left hand on the side of your head, hold out your left arm, pointing to to music or crowd. Slowly move your right arm like a sprinkler. Repeat this motion with your left arm, until the words "Its fun to stay at the YMCA!" come in the song. On the letters YMCA, forms your arms to emulate a letter "Y," "M," "C," and finally "A."

A dance routine is when a bunch of dance moves are put together to make a full entire routine kind of like a cheer routine.
The traditional Jewish festival dance is the Hora. The Hora, as with many of the tradition Judaic dances, is a circle dance where you do the grapevine and ocassionally move to the middle of the circle while lifting your hands. However, B'not Mitzvahs also involve other common party dances, such as the YMCA and the Electric Slide.

Yes some of them do. My YMCA track has an indoor track that is upstairs. It is not a full size track though.
If you're talking about the dance, I guess because it's so old!
Young Men's Christian Association
The original YMCA had as its full form the Young Mens Christian Association. This association was formed to allow young Christian men to gather together and develop their fitness and social skills.
