Boys are generally VERY shy about dancing, so it may take time, make him feel comfortable with you by getting to know him a bit first (And vice versa) talk to him to get him relaxed than ask him to dance, probably he'll say no (Even though he might really want to dance) but be patient and he'll come round Good Luck.
