The best way is to produce it yourself. Find a director and a group of actors who like your script, and raise the cash to pay for the venue, the props, the sets, the rehearsals, the costumes, and the publicity. Look to amateur and student groups where the actor and tech crew costs won't make the total cost impossible. Theatre festivals, especially Fringe Festivals, offer the possibility of cheap production costs, and people with an open mind to new plays.

If your play is good enough, you will make at least some of your cost back. You will also have some publicity, which you can use to try to encourage others to produce the play.

Joining your local Playwright's Association (or Guild or whatever it is called) will also help. If your writing is known to be good by other playwrights and people in the theatre crowd, you will have endorsements which will help convince someone to try it out.
