Are you planning this as a student or as a teacher? If you are a student, you should use the structure that your teacher used to organize what you need to study.
If you are a teacher, you will need to consider the level of the students, their previous experience with plays and the available time to devote to the play (never enough!).
If the students are at an advanced level and have studied plays before, you can move fairly quickly through an overview of the text and the plot, maybe with the assistance of a film, and then design the rest of the unit around themes (love, parental obedience, conflicts and so on), character studies, and a close reading (and perhaps performance) of one scene.
If the class is less sophisticated, you may be better off by taking it slowly, reading each scene with the class and going over the meaning of the language and how the script can be translated into action. You can digress briefly at appropriate spots to comment on the techniques of Elizabethan drama, rhetorical and figurative devices, cultural background and other matters which will help understand the text.

A unit plan outlines all the lessons included in that unit;whereas a lesson plan outlines the learning objectives, structure, and general info contained in that specific lesson only. The purpose of these outlines is to organize the format, and give the reader a reference point.

The "rule of thumb" is two hours of study time weekly per each unit of a course. For example, if you are taking a 2 unit course, you should expect to study 4 hours each week; a 3 unit course requires 6 hours of study; and a 4 unit course requires 8 hours of study each week.
