There Klaus will tell you that he and Cynthia broke up, and he'll ask you to be his partner (that is, of course, if you say the right things there afterwards- which is basically being nice to him).
There's also a special scene if you dump Cesar for Klaus, in case you want to see it! But I won't spoil it for you!
