Secondly, the fact that he snatches it off her shows that he was using her, and his abruptness of speech contributes to the evidence about his less-than-favourable view of women.
Thirdly, the fact that she backs down and leaves when he tells her to shows that he is in the driving seat.
Fourthly, the fact she allows him to take it shows she feels more loyalty to him than Desdemona.

The purpose of this is to upset Othello so Iago can get his revenge on Othello for not promoting him.Bianca finds the handkerchief in Cassio's room and accuses Cassio of sleeping with someone other than herself. Cassio truly does not know where the handkerchief came from and merely wishes for Bianca to copy the embroidery from the handkerchief.When Othello finds out that Cassio has possession of the handkerchief, he is incensed.

Lots of people try, but Emilia is the one who finally gets through to him, by explaining about the handkerchief her husband had asked her to steal. Her husband then stabs her to death and runs.
