When Shakespeare says "a man in his time plays many parts, his act being seven ages" can relate to life because a person acts different as time past. When you are a child you tend to act very juvenile and as you age you act more mature.

In Macbeth one of the main conflicts is appearance versus reality. Appearance versus reality is adapted by quite a number of people in the modern world, as they appear to be something and are actually something else for example in a highschool there is always a kind of person who appear to be all kind and are actually backstabbers and/or someone appears to be nice to you when they ask you for help in something and when you need help they turn out to be complete traitors, much like Macbeth.
