Unfortunately we don't know how large the stage at the Globe was exactly--it may even have been different at the first Globe than what it was at the second. The archaeological evidence only covers part of the galleries, not the stage. One person has estimated that the stage was 30 ft. x 45 ft. from building contracts and accounts. If so, that is a largeish stage which would easily hold 60 people. However, unless you were staging a battle or something you'd never want that many onstage.
