None during Shakespeare's time. In Shakespeare's time, all the parts in professional theatre in England were played by men. There were amateur female actors in England and professional actresses in France, but when a French theatrical company toured England the English audience was outraged to see a woman on stage. There would not be professional actresses in England until the 1660s.

Of course, now Shakespeare's plays are performed by actresses all over the world. They would number in the tens of thousands, I imagine.
During Shakespeare's time women could not perform on stage, so the female roles were played by young men. In more recent times, when women have been allowed on stage, it is impossible to know, or even estimate, how many actresses have performed Shakespeare's work, because his work is so popular and has been performed so many times, both proessionally and by amateur groups all over the world.

None, because the Acting Troupes were exclusively men. Even the female parts were played by men, usually men whos voices had yet to break. :)

All women were played by men so no real women actually performed on Shakespeare's plays.
