It depends on the intensity and your size/weight, if intense then it can burn 600-800 per hour, about as much as hip-hop. If not as intense then about 200-400 per hour....I can't really explain the difference in weight and how that changes calorie losing though, all i know is that the heavier you are the more you burn.
