As a matter in fact Climber A would be breathing normally because 2000ft is only about 1000 meters, which is an altitude to low that the airchange wouldent even be 1% different than it is at sea level.

Ulysses Grant only wrote one book, his autobiography. The Library of America edition has the ISBN of 0-940450-58-5 should someone want search on line for it. It is of a handy size and contains both volumes of the memoirs and includes selected letters written to his wife, subordinates, congressmen, and Abraham Lincoln. It is a must read for the student of General Grant and the US Civil War.
