This is tricky but you will only have one and a half of the light in the room because the mirror can not reflect the light in fully sperical directions. A little tricky but there will be the same amount of light, with the only light source the candle, you cannot double it. the mirror is only reflecting the light, There is only a certain amount of light from the candle in the room, this means this is the only amount of light that there will ever be. There is nothing in the know world that can create something out of nothing. Just like thing can absorbe light or reflect it mirrors mostly reflect it. The simple answer is that the same amount of light will be in the room in the end.

Why is the light bulb safer than the candle?

Candles are able to start fires more easily than are light bulbs, although high wattage light bulbs are able to start fires as well. A smaller concern but a concern nonetheless is that burning candles consumes oxygen, and a light bulb does not. Also in a dark room a candle might unexpectedly go out, causing a safety concern in attempting to relight the candle in the dark.
