First off, you have to be crazy to love your family's "enemy" so you are in danger all ready just by loving that person! Romeo and Juliet endanger living in the city by their love, and the approval of her parents. Romeo's friends think he's crazy, yet he loves her anyway. If they are willing to die for each other, back then, that was considered weird so that would be something crazy.
